Personal Traits:
Personality:
Maricia is well known as one of the most
prolific practical jokers in the Platoon. Never one
to shy away from the light side of a situation, she is
constantly about the task of getting her mind off of
the serious issues in life. Fun-loving, quick-witted,
and a bit of a tease, she's one of the truly colorful
Marines on station, and (at least if you ask Sergeant
Lauchlin) one of the most "damned annoying!"
Reinhardt is not a true
Marine at heart; that is, she's not "gung-ho" for
action. She's glad to be where she is, but now that
she's dropped well below her previous weight, she's
seriously considering resigning from the corps. Only
time will tell if she finds a reason and purpose to
stay where she is.
Personal History:
Reinhardt was born in Nuremburg, Germany on
Earth. Her Father and Mother remain there, and are
celebrating their fiftieth wedding aniversary in a
couple of months, a fact that Maricia is very proud
of. Since childhood, she's been raised in a home of
bookeepers, with her Father being one of the chief
bureacrats for a high ranking Federation Ambassador.
Her Mother always kept the records for their local
Church, and Maricia naturally came by her love of
numbers and books. An only child, she was constantly
depressed growing up because of the fact that she was
always slightly overweight. Part of her later
decision to join the Marines was due to a desire to
get someone to whip her into shape!

Previous Assignments:
Reinhardt is distinct for a few
things, one of which being the fact that she's never
actually been in combat before! Enlisting right after
the Dominion War, Starbase 10 is her first assignment.
Capt. N'gellin immediately saw in her what most of
her superiors beforehand had realized: Reinhardt was
damned good at keeping records and organizing things!
This made her a perfect candidate to be his "yeoman,"
or as she would call it, "The only organized person in
the entire platoon!" After promoting her based on her
extensive organizational skills, he was very pleased
to find that she can now run the office without his
help at all! This is a fact which pleases him very
much, and for which he is superbly thankful that he
doesn't have to do paperwork anymore (a task he
despises!).
